Domiciliary, Complex and Palliative Care Services
Your Lifestyle, Your Health, Our SupportDomiciliary Care
Chiltern Support are able to offer Domiciliary care services to service users in their own homes. We discuss with the service user and their family the type and amount of care they require. This can include assisting with rising, personal care, administering medication, preparing meals, light housework and retiring. Our minimum visit will be one hour, ensuring we are able to give the best quality of service at all times. We are able to offer 24 hours live in care should you or your family member wish to stay in their own home, rather than moving to a residential or nursing home.
Complex Care
In addition we can provide specialised care in the home including PEG feeding, suctioning, management of cough assist machines, automatic ventilators and manual bowel evacuation.
Palliative Care
As well as essential domiciliary care we are able to provide End of life care. For many people being at home in familiar surroundings is a priority at this difficult time. With our specially trained staff and nurse assessors we are able to react quickly and implement a care package at short notice.
