At Chiltern Support and Housing Ltd, our Fully Supported Living service provides round-the-clock care and tailored support in a safe, nurturing environment.

Whether someone is transitioning from hospital, residential care, or living at home with limited support, our fully supported settings offer the structure, stability, and personalised attention needed to thrive.

At Chiltern Support, we do more than provide care—we build futures. We support people to discover their strengths, work towards their goals, and develop skills that foster independence and self-confidence. Our staff are not just carers—they are mentors, listeners, advocates, and allies.

We work closely with families, social workers, local authorities, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and transparent communication at all times.

This isn’t just about meeting care needs—it’s about helping people live with dignity, choice, and purpose.

Take the First Step Toward Supported Independence

Let’s Talk

If you or a loved one needs help at home, we’re here to provide the support you deserve with professionalism, kindness, and respect.

What is Fully Supported Living?

Fully Supported Living is designed for individuals who need continuous, high-level care and supervision throughout the day and night. Unlike residential care homes, our model supports individuals to live as independently as possible within their own space, while still receiving 24/7 support from a trained, compassionate team.

We provide personalised support with everyday activities such as personal care, medication, meal preparation, emotional wellbeing, community involvement, and much more.

Who We Support

Our Fully Supported Living service is tailored for adults aged 18+ with a wide range of support needs, including:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Mental Health Conditions
  • Autistic People and those with Neurodiverse Profiles
  • Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI)
  • Complex Epilepsy
  • Individuals with Multi-Diagnoses
  • People with Complex Needs or Behaviours That Challenge

Each person’s needs, routines, preferences, and goals are fully taken into account in their personalised support plan.
