Chiltern Support has grown at a remarkable rate as our reputation within the care sector as  an exceptional person centred Fully Supported Living Service grows.

Increasingly we are becoming the “go to” agency for some particularly challenging clients by several of the major health authorities.  Our highly trained and motivated team continually demonstrate the caring and supportive service we provide.  Our areas of expertise include Acquired Brain Injury, mental Health, learning disabilities and severe challenging behaviour has finally been recognised and we continue to go from strength to strength.

We have forged close working relationships with Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for Continuing Healthcare funded clients, several local authorities and have a unique understanding of the continuing health care and commissioning teams.

Our dedicated team and nurse assessors are available to quickly react and implement appropriate care packages.  We will do our utmost to resolve your issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
